Enchanted star Amy Adams is in negotiations to star in Spyglass Entertainment's romantic comedy Leap Year, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The story follows the adventures of an uptight woman (Adams) who journeys to Dublin to propose marriage to her boyfriend on Leap Day, Feb. 29. She's bent on that particular date because Irish traditions says men must accept if a woman proposes on that day.
